Returns

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • A valid receipt is required for all returns.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Unaltered

    • In original condition with all tags attached

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital or physical gift card that does not expire.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories that have been worn or used

  • Seasonal or holiday items

  • Gift cards

Online Orders

For online purchases:

  • The 14-day return period begins on the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
